The Butterflies have been working very hard in their writing journals. They have been writing longer sentences with new ideas and more words. Some of our new sentence starters include : Once upon a time(the girls love this one), I wish, We went, Today I, One day, and I can. The boys have added one more that we will start next week; In a galaxy far far away. Students enjoyed sharing their journal entries as they read them to the class in the author's chair.
